That's really too bad. From all your comments and pictures it seemed perfectly safe, but I guess a big organization like the Peace Corps has to take the most conservative course of action. I hope everything goes well in Peru for now and that you can make the best of the situation.

Ken and I are going to Peru for thanksgiving! I hope you will be able to go back to Bolivia by then, but if not, maybe we can see each other in Peru!
